Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Slow Cooker Soup

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast3 Large Carrots2 Celery Stalks2 Cans of 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup2 Cans of Chicken Stock (99% Fat Free)3 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese8 oz Package Baby Bella Mushrooms1 small onion1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme1 bay leaf1 clove of garlic (crushed)
Directions
chop celery, carrots and onions, and slice mushrooms
add chicken (raw) to crockpot
pour 1.5 cans of cream of chicken into crock pot
pour chicken broth into crockpot
saute mushrooms and onions and garlic in 1 tsp margarine for about 3 minutes and then add to crock pot

cook on low for 4 - 6 hours.
30 minutes before serving, add cream cheese to crock pot and allow to melt.


Serve in soup bowls and add salt and pepper to taste.

Or you can serve over rice or pasta (not included in calorie count)
