Lemon ginger chicken stir fry

Ingredients
1tbsp plain flour1/4 tsp chinese 5 spice2 chicken breasts - no skin or bone180g mixed vegetables1/4 tsp crushed chilli flakes1/2 lemon juice1.5 cm root ginger - peeled and chopped1 tsp ginger paste1 tbsp olve oil
Directions
mix flour and spices
thinly chop chicken
put flour/spice mix and chicken in bag and coat
heat oil and cook floured chicken until golden
remove chicken
add vegetables and cook until almost tender
re add chicken and ginger and lemon
cook for a further 5-10 mins
