Ranch Dressing

1 cup Cashew Nuts (raw, unsalted)1 cup water4 cloves Garlic (fresh, raw1/2 cup Olive Oil1/4 cup Lemon Juice2 Tabsp. Apple Cider Vinegar2 teasp. Honey1 Tabsp. Hidden Valley Powdered Ranch Dressing Mix1 Teasp. Dill weed, dried5 twist Pepper, black
Directions
Wash cashews under hot running water. They can be very dirty.
Put all ing. into a blender and blend until very smooth. Put in frig, will set up firm.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
