Easy Shepherds Pie

Ingredients
2 pkgs Idahoan Instant Four Cheese potatoes1 lb lean ground beef browned & dained1 Pkg. frozen mixed Peas, carrots & Green beans, thawed1 Tbsp better than bullion 1 tbsp italian seasoning1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp lawerys seasoned salt1 tsp black pepper1/4 cup water1/2 cup low fat shredded cheese blend
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add seasonings to cooking meat. Once beef is drained of fat, add the bullion paste and the water to create a sort of gravy. While beef is cooking, heat water & prepare the instant potatoes according to package directions. Also, get out package of frozen veggies so they can begin to thaw.

Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray for easy cleanup.

Mix the veggies with the hot ground beef and pour into the pan. Cover with prepared mashed potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.

Put in 375 degree oven and cook for about 30 min., or until hot through.
