Poppy Seed Bread with Sugar Glaze

3 C Flour2 C Sugar (or you can use sugar-splenda blend to reduce calories)1.5 tsp Salt2 tsp Baking Powder (not baking soda!!!)1.5 tsp Butter Flavoring1.5 tsp Almond Extract3 Eggs1.5 C Milk (I use skim plus milk which adds extra calcium and vitamin D)1 and 1/8 C Vegetable Oil3 Tbs Poppy seeds______________________________________GLAZEHalf a tsp each of: Vanilla, Almond Extract and Butter flavoring.1/4 C OJ 3/4 C sugar (do NOT use sugar splenda blend for this - it won't taste right and the consistancy won't be right either.)
Combine top ingredients and pour into 2 bread pans - bake at 325 for 75 min.
Then prepare the glaze - let bread cool for five minutes and remove from pans - then pour glaze over the bread. Let set and enjoy!
