made with whole wheat flour made with whole wheat flour

    2 tbs smart balance
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 tsp salt
    lemon juice and powdered sugar for garnish


heat oven to 400
melt smart balance in pie plate (9x1.25")
brush sides of plate with smart balance
beat eggs in medium bowl w/ whisk. Beat in remaining ingredients (except powdered sugar and lemon juice) just until mixed.
pour into pie plate
bake 25-30 minutes or until puffy and deep golden brown.
sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
