Steak Fajitas

1 lb lean steak2 cups Rice A Roni spanish rice (prepare using no oil or butter)1 can Muir Glen organic diced tomatoes(use un spanish rice)1 red pepper1 yellow pepper1 green pepper1 meduim onion8 flour tortillas (fajita size)1 cup lettuce1/2 cup sour cream
-Make Rice a roni according to box with tomotoes(no oil or butter)
-Slice steak into thin strips and brown in frying pan till desired doneness
-Saute onion and peppers in a couple tbs of water until desired doness (soft, still crunshy, browned)
-Add 1/8 of all ingredients onto one tortilla, enjoy!
Makes 8 servings.
