Cinnamon Raisin Spelt Bread

Ingredients
1-1/3 cup Warm Water1-1/4 tsp bread machine yeast1 tsp salt2 tbsp turbinado sugar2 tbsp canola or olive oil2 tbsp soy milk powder1 cup Raisins 4 cups white spelt flour1tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Put ingredients in bread machine pan in order listed (yeast & cinnamon should never be in close contact until after mixed). I prefer a light crust - choose your setting, this does best on a basic setting - total time 3 hrs.

    Spelt is a species of wheat and as such has gluten in it. Just thought you ought to know. Can be bad for celiacs or gluten sensitive people. Have you made this with other flours? I am always trying to find yummy GF breads! - 7/18/10
