2 c. Brown Rice Flour1 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Salt2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar1 c. Milk3 Eggs4 Tbsp. Canola Oil
Mix ingredients, skillet cook by same method as standard pancakes (spoon on, flip when bubbles on the surface pop).
Note that the occasional grittiness of brown rice flour can often be combated by cooking for a longer stretch at lower temperatures (this applies to this recipe as well as may others)
Makes 3 c. batter (12 pancakes when I use my 1/4 cup to portion onto my skillet)
