Crockpot Chocolate Cake

2/3 cup flour1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt2/3 cup fat free evaporated milk1/3 cup oil1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 egg, slightly beaten1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Spray 4 quart or larger crockpot with Pam. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together, except for chips. Mix the liquid ingredients together and then add them to the dry ingredients. Stir in the chips. Spread batter into crockpot. Cover and cook on low 1-2 hours (depending on how hot your crockpot cooks). Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Turn heat off and remove cover for 15 minutes before removing from crockpot. Yields 12 pieces.
