Homade Granola

4 cups rolled oats1/4 c. flax seed, ground1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds1/2 cup chopped raw pecans3/4 tsp. salt1/4 c. brown sugar, packed1/8 c. maple syrup1/4 cup honey1/4 cup canola oil1/2 TBSP cinnamon1/2 TBSP Vanilla1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup dried apricots
Preheat oven to 325F (160C)
Combine oats, sunflower seeds. pumpkin seeds, flax seed, pecans in large bowl. In sauce pan over medium heat combine syrup, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and oil. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, mix into oat mixture until well coated.
Line large baking sheet with parchment or foil. Spead granola over sheet.
Bake 10 minutes, stir. Return to oven for another 15 minutes.
Remove, mix in raisons and dried apricots. Let cool throughly. Store in airtight container.
