Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 c. ground Roast chicken breast (boneless/skinless).5 c. diced green pepper.5 c. diced celery.25 c. diced dill pickles4 diced green onions.25 c. Kraft Lite-Mayo2 tsp. Dijon MustardSeason to taste
Directions
I use leftover chicken breast, so no cooking involved.
Dice all vegetables, Mix with ground (or diced) chicken.
Mix dressing mayo and mustard and seasonings. Then add to chicken mixture. Mix well. Ready to eat.

I also add grapes, apples, raisins, nuts if on hand.
Experiment and have fun.
