Apricot Glazed Pork Roast (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
1 can 10 1/2/ozs Campbell's Chicken Broth1 jar 18ozs apricot preserves1 cup dopped onions2 tablespoons Dijon mustard1 boneless pork loin (4 pounds)
Directions
Stir the broth, preserves,onion & mustard in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Add the pork to the cooker., cutting to fit, if needed, and turn to coat.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until the pork is fork tender.

OR on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

Serve with brocoli, cauliflower and carrots.
