Low Cal Chocolate Cake with applesauce substitute

2 cups Ideal No Calorie Sweetner1 cup white flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 cup unsweetened baking cocoa1.5 tsp baking powder1.5 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 eggs1 cup milk, 2%1.2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup boiling water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease and flour 2 9" baking pans or a 9x13 baking pan.
3. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Add eggs, milk, applesauce, and vanilla. Beat on med. speed until smooth ( 2 min)
5. Stir in boiling water. Batter will be thin.
6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
