Ingredients
1 pkg JBar3 Smoked Chicken Roasted Garlic Sausage1 lb Rotina pasta1 Jar Raccante Riserva Creamy Pesto Alfredo w/grilled artichokes8 oz sliced mushrooms1 red bell pepper thinly sliced1 T olive oil1 pkg frozen leaf spinachparmesan or asiasgo cheese for garnish
Directions
Cut sausages in half and cook per package instructions & set aside.
Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside
saute sliced mushrooms and red bell pepper in olive oil; add thawed spinach; fold in pasta sauce; fold in pasta. Top with smoked garnish with parmesan or asiago cheese. Serve with
