Banana-Walnut Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup low-fat milk1 cup waterPinch of salt1 cup old fashioned oats1 very ripe banana, mashed1 tbsp maple syrup1 tbsp chopped walnuts1 tbsp flax seed meal1/4 cup packed raisins
Directions
Mix water, milk and pinch of salt. Bring to boil. Add oats, reduce heat to medium and cook 5 - 6 minutes stirring occassionally. cover, remove from heat for 2-3 minutes. Mix in Banana, Walnuts, Flax, Raisins and Syrup.
