Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients
6 cups Diced Potatoes6 Tbsp ButterSalt
Directions
Dice up about 6 cups of potatoes. Spray aluminum foil with Pam Spray. I use about 8 pieces of aluminum foil. Split potatoes up between the pieces of foil. Add butter to each set of potatoes. Fold up foil. Cook on grill about 20 min. Sometimes if I run low on time, I will cook diced potatoes in microwave for about five minutes on microwave safe plate with a little water in the bottom and then put in aluminum foil. I add a little salt to each set of potatoes. You can add onions, peppers or bacon bits. I have even added cheese.
