Red Pepper and Artichoke Hummus

Ingredients
1/4 marinated red pepper1/2 can marinated artichokes drained. . . or one small jar artichokes drained1 1/2 TB tahinione can of chickpeas garlic1/4 cup Light olive oil give or take how creamy you like it
Directions
Put 1/2 c water and can of chickpeas in pot to boil.
Just bring to a boil and take off
Drain and shock with cold water
add all ingredients but oil into food processor.
process and add slow stream of olive oil till it reaches the consistency you like. Enjoy.
Makes 8 1/3 c servings - ish
