Chicken Paperkash

Ingredients
Chicken breast, tastes better with mixture of thighes and breastpaprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, onion powderchicken bullion & 2 cups h20brown rice 3 tablespoons butter1 teaspoon olive oil cooking spray
Directions
Cook brown rice according to directions.Dice chicken breast cover chicken with paprika chicken will look red (sweet paprika is the best ) then apply same amount of garlic powder, and onion powder and set aside.
Heat nonstick skillet coat pan with nonstck spray, add butter
add veggies coat with same seasoning as chicken and sautee( you will need to coat veggies with cooking spray)when brown add 1 tsp bullion mix and 1 cup of h20 cook 5 minutes. Place in bowl set aside. in same pan veggies were in add 1 tsp oil and butter once melted add chicken, cook till done, then create a whole in the middle add butter and 1 tsp of bullion then add h20. Mix several times then add veggies back in. Add 1/2 cup light sour cream, and 4 tbl spoons of fat free half and half simmer till mixed. Serve over rice.
