Ingredients
Honey Maid graham crackers - 2 sheetsMedium sized marshmallows- 2 marshmallowsReese's miniature cups-2
Directions
Take your graham crackers and break both making 4 squares
put one marshmallow on two squares , stick in microwave and microwave for 2-4 seconds (just enough to make the marshmallow soft)
Place a miniature reese's cup onto each of the marshmallows and place the other squares of the remaining graham crackers on top of each.
Place back in Microwave for approx. 10 seconds just enough for everything to melt together.
This makes 2 servings- one square each person, I usually eat both myself though. Still not a huge amount of calories even if you eat both squares.

Another suggestion would be to try the new Nature Valley Granola Thins. They come with pb or dark chocolate already on them. You could use 1 of each with a marshmallow for less calories, etc. http://www.naturevalley.com/Products.aspx There's a coupon on the web-site for this product also. - 9/7/10

I went thru the ingredients for this recipe; while I got a very similar calorie count I got higher counts for fat, cholesterol, sodium, and carbs.

Still, I agree with the fact that you can have some of the less healthy foods, providing you are able to practice moderation(I have a tough time with - 9/7/10

I just let the spark people calculator figure it up for me, what calculator do you use? I might need to switch.

sounds quick and easy but my problem is stopping at one. I am better off if I do not even eat one. Thanks for the idea for my children, though. - 9/7/10

Give your kids all of them but one. You deserve at least one

My own "s'more" fix is to put PNB and some SF fudge topping on a graham cracker. Don't know the calorie count, but it's easy and made with stuff I have in the house.... - 9/7/10

If anyone is allergic to peanuts, a Hershey's Kiss or two would make a good substitute. Also: I probably would only buy this if I knew I was going to serve this to a big enough crowd so that there would be no leftovers. - 9/7/10

I haven't tried Soy-nut Butter but I have heard it's very similar in taste and texture to peanut butter and it's for those that are allergic to nuts. Here is the website. http://www.simplefood.com/

If I had a fireplace I would be toasting the marshmallows every-time.. But the microwave does good in a pinch.
