Ingredients
3-4 oz tilapia filletFresh grated parmesean cheeseMayonnaiselemon juicebutter, softeneddried basilonion saltgarlic powdersalt & pepper
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Line pan with aluminium foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Broil fish for 2-3 minutes each side.
Meanwhile, blend together remaining ingredients.
Cover fillet with sauce, place under broiler for 2-3 minutes- until lightly browned.
