Lobster Dip - Low cal, low fat, low sugar, low salt (opt)

4 oz. cream cheese, fat free, softened6 oz. Yogurt, Weight Watchers1 t. Worcestershire Sauce1/2 t. Tabasco sauce1 cup Lobster, imitation1.2 t. Black pepper, ground1 t. salt1 T. horseradish, prepared
Makes 12. servings.
1. Mince imitation lobster and set aside. (If using real lobster, make sure all shell and cartilage is removed, then mince.)
2. If necessary, soften cream cheese in microwave for up to 30 seconds. Place in medium size mixing bowl.
3. Add all other ingredients except lobster. Stir well. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
4. Add minced lobster and stir well.
5. Instead of seafood, add bacon bits or minced veggies, etc. Let your creativity go wild, but remember to keep the cals down.
6. Omit salt, if you wish. Then be sure to adjust other seasonings, as desired. This is a good time to use Old Bay as a substitute for the salt.
Serve with crackers or veggies.
For a light lunch, serve over toast points, rice, steamed veggies or noodles.
Can also be served hot. Just microwave or bake until heated through. Stir before serving.
NOTE: If you have a small food processor, use it to mince the lobster and later to mix the other ingredients.
VARIATIONS:
1. Use real or imitation crab to make a Crab Dip.
2. Use a combination of crab, lobster and/or shrimp to make a Seafood Dip.
3. For those who don't like horseradish, omit it and adjust other seasonings.
4. Use Old Bay seasoning.
5. Omit seafood and use plain dip. Or add bacon bits or other favorite morsels. Just remember to keep the calorie content down.
NOTE: The nutritional value of any crackers, etc. must be added.
