1 can cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Request)1 can cream of celery soup (Healthy Request)1 small can evaporated milk (fat free)3/4 cup instant rice1 can mushrooms and steams with juice1 lb. cooked shrimp1 lb. crab meat1/2 cup water chestnuts1 cup shredded cheeseBread crumbs (optional)
Heat cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, and one small can of evaporated milk until smooth. Mix soup mixture with the the remainder of the ingredients except for the cheese and bread crumbs. Place mixture in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with bread crumbs and bake another 10 minutes.
