Dutch Oven Pork and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
1 pound top loin boneless chops, fat removed, largely diced2 large onions, diced2 large apples, diced4 cups saurkraut with juice1 tbsp caraway seed1 tbsp olive oil5 garlic cloves, pressed4 tsp brown sugar2 tbsp pepper
Directions
Cube chops, sprinkle with pepper and saute cubes in olive oil in dutch oven until browned, add chopped onions and pressed garlic until translucent.
Add Sauerkraut, apple slices, caraway seed, brown sugar and pepper, mix thouroughly.
Let simmer for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally until pork is falling apart.
Makes about 16 1/2 cup servings
