frozen blueberriesfrozen strawberriesfrozen raspberriesojnon-fat milknon-fate yogurt
Directions
Throw together frozen blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries, oj, non-fat milk, non-fat yogurt - in a blender, blend well. Add a dollop of non-fat whiped creme on top - enjoy. This makes enough for 3-4 smoothies.
