Udon noodle soup

Ingredients
chicken broth, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, chickenudon noodles, carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, onion
Directions
Place broth, water, garlic, pepper, soy sauce, and chicken in pot. Cook until chicken is done. About 10 minutes. Prepare noodles and divide evenly among 8 bowls. Place cooked chicken in bowls and top with desired vegetables. Pour boiling broth onto each bowl and immediately cover for 5-8 minutes. Serve. Makes 8 small, yet filling servings.
