Chicken Salad (Mum's Recipe)

Ingredients
5 lbs chicken, no skin2 qts. water1 large onion1 Tb bouillon, chicken-------------------------Dressing:1/2 cup Italian Dressing1 cup Mayo (used Low fat for calculations)1 Tb. white vinegar1 1/2 tsp. celery seed (or 1 cup of celery chopped)2 Tb. sugar1/8 tsp. saltDash Paprika-------------------------Salad:1/2 cup sour cream (or greek yogurt)1 Tb. honey
Directions
Boil water, add onion, bouillon, and chicken. Lower heat and simmer for 40 mins. Remove, cool, and shred.

Dressing: Blend all ingredients together. Toss chicken with 1 cup of dressing mix, marinate for 1 hour. Combine remaining dressing mix with sour cream and honey. Mix well with chicken. Add extras at this point. Enjoy!
