Chili's Salsa Copy Cat Recipe

14.5 oz can tomatoes with green chili's (like Ro-tel)14.5 oz can whole peeled tomatoes plus juice1 tablespoon canned diced jalapeno's (canned, diced, not pickled)1 teaspoon canned diced jalapeno's (canned, diced, not pickled)1/4 cup diced onion3/4 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste1/2 teaspoon cumin or to taste
Place all of the ingredients in blender. Process until all ingredients are well blended but do not puree. Place in a covered container and chill for at least 4 hours.
1/2 cup = 1 serving
Makes 8 servings
FYI: For those of you who do not care to much for spice you may want to go easier on the jalapeno's. My kid's love it the day I make this salsa but by the 2nd day it has gotten to spicy for them.
