Slow Cookers Hearty Beef Stew

Ingredients
UsagePREP TIME: 15 minutes YOU WILL NEED:2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as carrots, celery, onions and potatoes1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers Hearty Beef Stew Seasoning1 1/3 cups water
Directions

DIRECTIONS:

1. PLACE beef and vegetables in slow cooker.

2. MIX Seasoning and water until blended. Pour over beef and vegetables; toss to coat well. Cover.

3. COOK 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir before serving.

Makes 8 servings.

IMPORTANT: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
