Peppery Kohlrabi and Chicken Skillet

1 pack ground chicken (or turkey if you like)1 jar herdez mild salsa1 small red onion, chopped3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped1 kholrabi, shredded (about 1 cup)1 cup yellow beans, washed and halvedSalt and white pepper to tasteDash or so of Cayenne to taste (be careful!)Olive or vegetable oil to cook onions in
Brown the chicken in one pan,
Brown the onions, along with the potatoes in another.
When the onion mix and meat are both browned, combine into one pan, add the kholrabi and beans. Stir until cooked, then add the salsa.
Divide into six servings, serve with a complex carb like brown or black rice.
