Potato, carrots & snow peas

Ingredients
1.5 pound baby red potatoessmall bag of baby carrots (16 oz)2 cups of raw snow peas2 tbls of buttergarlic
Directions
Cut potatoes into chunks. Boil potatoes and carrots together until easily pierced with a fork. Drain.
Saute butter and garlic in a large fry pan, then add potatoes, carrots and snow peas. Saute vegetables for about 5 minutes or until done.
