Protein Orange juice and yogurt smoothie

Ingredients
2 tbs soy powder, (i buy it at Fred Meyers bulk food section, much more economical compared to the prepackaged mixes available), 6 oz Orange juice (calcium and D fortified), 4oz fat free Yogurt, Yo-plait. Add a few ice cubes and blend. You can add fresh or frozen fruit for variances. I will add banana, frozen blue or strawberries or sliced peaches. In the summer there is much more selection of fresh fruit to add.
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency. Makes 12 -18 ounce beverage depending on how much ice you add.
