Buffalo Chicken soup

Ingredients
2 cups of diced cooked chicken breast 2 T butter1 /2c chopped celery1/2 c shredded or grated carrots1/2 C diced onion2 cans reduced sodium chicken broth1 1/2 c of 1% milk1 tsp hot pepper sauce1/2 cup of mozzerella cheese3/4 c of blue cheese crumbled1/3 c of flour1 can of petite diced tomatos
Directions
1. Melt butter in Dutch overn and saute celery & onion unitl tender. Add shredded carrots & saute another 2 minutes.
2. Stri in broth, milk , tomatoes and hot pepper sauce
3. In a bowl, mix cheeses and flour. Add in portions to soup, stirring after each addition until melted.
4. Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
