Ingredients
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats2 Scoops Protein Powder1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda1 Teaspoon Cinnamon4 Egg Whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all dry ingredients together.
Add Egg Whites and mix until well blended.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a well greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are light brown.

Makes 12 cookies.
