Yummy Noodles Asian style

Ingredients
1 package frozen shrimp (250g)1 package frozen asian style veggies (450g)1 package Mie instant Egg Noodles (200g)4 Eggs1/2 package firm smoked tofu (50g)1 tbs Soy sauce
Directions
This is going to be quick,yummy and serving 4

- scramble 4 eggs in a huge pan

- Add frozen veggies, shrimp & Tofu

- Bring water to a boil

- Put bubbling water in a dish and add noodles, breaking them into pieces as you go

- Leave the noodles for 5 minutes alone, then stir, rinse and add to the veggie mixture

- stir everything around adding 1 tbs soy sauce

- Serves 4 hungry grown ups
