3/4 cup lentils3/4 cup brown rice1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning4 cups water
Add all ingred to medium saucepan, bring to boil and simmer about 50 min. Serve instead of ground beef or turkey in tacos and burritos. Makes 7- half cup servings.
