Cheesy Garlic Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, chopped into cubes1 Can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup2 Cups Minute Brown Rice2 tsp Minced Garlic2 tbsp Chopped Onion1 tsp Black Pepper1/2 cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix can of soup and 1 1/2 cups of water in casserole dish
and set aside
- Spray cooking pan with Pam and cook chicken. Add garlic
and onion to pan and saute with chicken until brown.
- Add chicken, garlic, and onion mix to casserole dish and
mix
- Cover and bake for one hour until rice cooked
- Remove dish from oven and sprinkle with cheese and let
sit until cheese is melted
