Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef, lean1 Egg, fresh1/2 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned,1 Tbs Soy Sauce,2 tsp Onion powder2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce 1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added,
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, divide into 4 patties or loaves. Place in a pan that has been sprayed. cook at 375* for 45 minutes or place on a grill and cook until done.
