Tried this last week and loved it!! I was going to make it again tonight but found out too late I was out of pork. So i tried it tonight with chicken breast! Followed the recipe exactly the same and it was AMAZING too!!! The rice was great with the chicken too! - 8/17/10

I loved this recipe, I added 2 cans of soup, stirred all ingredients together( the whole package of seasoning), put in a baking dish, placed brown pork chops on top.. baked at 275 for the afternoon... The chops fell apart and my 15 year old daughter (who is picky) and my husband LOVED it! - 3/11/10

My husband brought home two packages of very thin cut boneless porkchops and asked me to fix them so they would not be dry. I used this recipe and was extremely delighted! The pork was moist and the combination of ranch dressing and cream of mushroom soup gave it a delicious taste. Thank you! - 10/16/09

This was a very good, easy recipe. I mixed the soup, milk, ranch, and seasoning in a casserole dish and then added the porkchops, turning to coat. I put a lid on it and baked it in the oven. The porkchops came out with great flavor and very tender. - 8/23/07

Although this was tasty, I couldn't tell I had put the Hidden Valley Seasonings in there. I think I'll use the whole pack next time. I also lightened it by using light olive oil. - 3/28/10

This was very good. I usually don't like recipes with cream of..soup but the ranch dressing really adds a nice touch. I also added some baby bella mushrooms to the sauce and let it all cook for 20 minutes while the rice cooked. It turned out great! I will make it again. - 9/23/09

I made a few alterations: made a quick white sauce to reduce sodium, substituted brown rice for white and cooked rice in the pan with the chops by adding extra water and allowing the rice to absorb the extra liquid. Chops were tender and rice was like risotto. Add a green veg and you're good. - 9/3/12

I made this but chose to use the crockpot since pork tends to be dry. It turned out great, my family liked it. - 3/1/08

good stuff. a friend suggested i cook it at a lower temperature for longer (30minutes) to make the pork a little more tender. I will try that. - 2/25/08

I made this last night. I substituted mushroom style rice for the ranch flavored (primarily because I didn't read all the way through the recipe before I went grocery shopping). It was fantastic! - 4/2/09

This was very good. Next time I'll cook the chops about 5 min longer to make them a bit more tender. The ones that sat in the sauce while we ate for the second round we much more tender than the first batch. - 3/10/08

This is a fabulous recipe. I made it tonight and it was a huge hit. The only thing I would do different is wipe the oil out of the pan before adding my soup. (I could see the oil floating on the top) I will definately make this again and agian. Thank you! - 6/30/07
