Turkey Chili with Lots of Beans

Ingredients
2 T. Olive Oil1 C. Onions, raw2 t. Garlic16 oz. 94% fat free ground turkey2 T. Chili powder1 T. Pepper2 T. Salt2 Cans Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup2 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans2 Cans Black Beans2 Cans Cannellini Beans16 fl. oz. Water1 T. Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Heat the olive oil and saute onions and garlic until softened. Add turkey and brown. Add Chili powder, pepper, and salt. Add soup, beans, water, and vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 15-1 cup servings.
