Lean Mini Meat Loafs

Ingredients
2 lbs Ground lean Turkey Breast1 1/2 c Quaker Oats1 1/2 c Salsa4 egg whites1 c chopped onion2 tbsp black pepper2 tbsp rubbed sage2 tbsp dry parsley1 tbsp ketchup
Directions
1 serving is a 1/3 c = one muffin slot
Preheat oven 350
After mixing all the ingrediants except the ketchup use a 1/3 cup to measure your mix. Get 2 muffin pans. Spay the pan with some Pam or Olive Oil spray. Load the pan. (You will have some meat mix left over if your muffin pans are 12 slot pans. Its about 4 muffins worth. I included it in the serving calulation. I usually add some spice and cook this little bit up in a seperate pan for my husband.) Put 1 tbsp ketchup on each meat muffin. You will cook these for about 45 minutes. They are done at about 30 but we like them a little more done and firm.
