Easy Chicken Tetrazzini ** No Noodles **

Ingredients
2 tsp. - Becel Light Margarine1 - Medium Onion, chopped2 clove - Garlic, minced8- chicken thighs, skin and bone removed2 can - Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup - Skim Milk 1 tbsp. - chopped parsley5 cups - cooked spaghetti noodles(not included in count)1/4 cup - grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Add chicken thighs and brown on both sides. Stir in soup, milk , garlic powder and parsley, and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Cook pasta according to directions on box, minimum time only, drain.
Add a small amount of sauce to casserole dish.
Put drained pasta in casserole, arrange chicken pieces on top, and pour rest of sauce over chicken and pasta.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Makes 4 - 1 cup servings.(includes 2 thighs)
