Easy Salsa Verde Chicken

Ingredients
4-5 oz. salsa verde/green salsa4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup 98% fat free1/2 to 3/4 can black beans, rinsed and drained8 to 10 burrito size (large) flour tortillas (calorie count is for 8)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray or lightly oil a casserole dish. Trim fat off chicken breasts and place in pan. Pour salsa verde and cream of chicken soup over chicken breasts. Add black beans and stir sauce together around chicken. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven til chicken is fully cooked, 40-45 min. (check with a meat thermometer). When chicken is done, warm tortillas. Cut chicken up enough to fit in tortillas. Put chicken and sauce in tortillas and serve. You can add cheese or other toppings, but these are not included in the calorie count. Makes 8-10 servings, roughly 3 oz. chicken per tortilla.
