Creamy Mushroom & Chicken Breast

Ingredients
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (low fat)3 Chicken Breast (boneless/ Skinless)1 Container Mushrooms (1-2 Cups)1 Onion Sliced and Quartered4 Tbsp Butter2 Tbsp Sour Cream1 Cup Water
Directions
Saute chicken, onion, and mushrooms in butter at medium high heat until onions start to soften, carmelize. Add Cream of Chicken, sour cream, and water. Mix well. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve over pasta or rice with desired vegetables.
