Mexican Veggie Soup

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 1/2 cups black beans, rinsed1 1/2 cups corn, drainedchopped onion, carrots, celery and peppers (any amounts)1 cup chicken broth1/4 cup salsa verdegarlic, lime,salt and pepper to taste
Directions
saute onion, carrots, celery in 1 tsp olive oil
add salt and pepper & garlic to bloom
add chicken broth, black beans and corn and salsa
add lime juice and cilantro (opt)
Cook until veggies are tender
