Spiced Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
8 oz Greek yogurt (full fat)2 tsp butter, clarified2 packets equal or other sweetener, honey if you are not LC1 tsp fennugreek seeds1 tsp mustard seeds1 tsp caraway seeds
Directions
Take yogurt and sweeter and mix together. Refrigerate.

Heat clarified butter and add spices. Cook until spices are browned.

Take entire butter mixture and pour on top of yogurt. Serve with spicy entree
