Curried Okra

Ingredients
1 lbs okraGreek Yogurt, Plain, 3 ozMustard seed, yellow, 1 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium quartered Salt, 1 dash Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Coriander seed, 1 tbsp Caraway Seed, 1 tbsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tbsp
Directions
Grind all spices and mix together, excpect for turmeric

Put 1 tsp oil in wok and heat up

Add okra and mix until bright green

Add spices and tomatoes

Once the okra is soft and almost done and tomatoes are mushier, add yogurt and turmeric. Mix until well coated and serve,
