4 oz poached white meat chicken2 tbs light may1/2 tsp each: dried tarragon, saat, pepper1/2 of granny smith apple, diced
Directions
combine chicken with mayonaise, tarragon, salt, and apple; mix well and season with fresh pepper. Pile on top of fresh greens.
