Ingredients
"8th Continent" Vanilla Light Soymilk, 10 oz)"Hodgson Mill" Milled Flaxseed, 1 tbsp Banana, frozen, 1 cup, sliced Frozen Mango Chunks - unsweetened, 1 cup Frozen Strawberries - unsweetened, 1 cup Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
Directions
**I slice ripened banana into chunks and freeze so it's always ready for smoothies!!**

Combine all ingredients into smoothie maker or blender and blend to your favorite consistency. No ice needed for this recipe ~ it's pure, heavenly health!!!!

This makes 4+ one-cup servings and is just as great later or the next day.
