4 oz Ground Buffalo (Maverick Farms) 90/102 shallots (about 4 tbsp chopped)1 tbsp White truffle olive oil1 serving (4 oz) Tofu shirataki (spaghetti)1/4 cup Archer Farms Vodka Pasta Saucesalt and pepper per preference
Heat skillet with olive oil (truffle), add chopped shallots and sweat, then add the buffalo and cook till no pink. Add the Vodka pasta sauce and simmer.
plate the tofu (shirataki) spaghetti, add the buffalo and pasta sauce and cover and heat in micorwave for 1 minute.
Garnish with cheese as desired.
